Mail-Away Figures Explained: How Valaverse Mail-Away Offers Work

Quick answer

Valaverse mail-away offers let you send in Action Points or choose a no-points option to receive a 1/12 scale figure. If you have Action Points, the ACTION POINTS REQUIRED option costs less but requires mailing them in; if you want a simpler process, the NO POINTS OPTION skips the mailing step for a higher price. The Pandora Bundle Save 15% combines both figures for the best overall value.

Valaverse mail-away programs can seem confusing at first, especially when you see two versions of the same figure: one that requires Action Points and one that does not. This guide breaks down how these offers work, what you actually need to do, and which option fits your collecting habits.

We will walk through the differences between mail-away and exclusive releases, explain the role of Action Points, and give you clear decision rules so you can pick the right Pandora figure without overpaying or missing out.

What Is a Mail-Away Figure?

A mail-away figure is a collectible you obtain by sending something in—usually points, tokens, or a form—rather than buying it directly off the shelf. In the Valaverse system, you either mail in 20 original Action Points with your order confirmation, or you choose a no-points option that skips the mailing step entirely.

This model rewards collectors who save Action Points from previous purchases, while still offering a path for those who do not have points. The trade-off is straightforward: mailing points takes time and effort, but lowers the price you pay at checkout.

• Mail-away figures are often produced in limited runs, so availability can change.
• Always keep your order confirmation and any mailed points until your figure arrives.

Action Points vs. NO POINTS: Which Should You Choose?

The ACTION POINTS REQUIRED option asks you to send 20 original Action Points and your order confirmation to the Valaverse address. This option is cheaper, but you must gather and mail the points. The NO POINTS OPTION does not require any points to be mailed in, so it is faster and simpler, but it costs more.

If you already have Action Points saved from previous Valaverse purchases, the points option saves you money. If you are new to the line or do not want to deal with mailing, the no-points option is the hassle-free choice.

• Check that you have 20 original Action Points before ordering the points-required version.
• Your order confirmation must include your order number when mailing points.

Mail-Away vs. Exclusive: What's the Difference?

An exclusive figure is typically sold directly by the retailer or at a specific event, with no mailing step. A mail-away figure requires you to send in points or a form to redeem it. The Pandora Bundle Save 15% includes one Pandora Exclusive figure and one Mail Away Pandora with no Action Points required, so you get both versions in one package.

The main difference is how you get the figure. Exclusives are usually bought outright, while mail-aways involve a redemption process. Both can be limited, and both may have variant chances—for example, a 1 of 500 bloody variant is possible with the Pandora mail-away figures.

• If you want both the exclusive and the mail-away version, the bundle is the most economical route.
• Variant chances are random; you cannot request a specific variant.

What You Get with Pandora Mail-Away Figures

Both Pandora mail-away options are 1/12 scale action figures that come with multiple accessories, interchangeable heads and hands, swappable ponytails, and a display stand. Each also offers a chance at a 1 of 500 bloody variant. The figures weigh 0.32 lbs and measure 7.5 by 4 by 2 inches.

These are adult collectibles with sharp points and small parts, not recommended for children under 13. The bundle includes two figures—one exclusive and one mail-away with no points required—plus accessories and display stands, weighing 1.5 lbs total.

• The bundle saves you 15% compared to buying the figures separately.
• All Pandora figures are intended for adult collectors.

Other Valaverse Figures and Add-Ons to Consider

Beyond Pandora, Valaverse offers other 1/12 scale figures like Malice and Lt. Hyun, both shipping the week of 6/8/26. Malice includes multiple accessories, interchangeable hands, and a display stand. Lt. Hyun comes with interchangeable head and hands plus a display stand. Both are adult collectibles.

For vehicle collectors, the VANGUARD Desert Tan Missile Launcher Add-On fits all Action Force Vanguard vehicles. It includes 12 non-firing missiles, 3 blasting missiles in different sizes, and 1 rear blast effect. The launcher turret can be positioned upward. Note that the Vanguard vehicle is not included.

• If you collect vehicles, the missile launcher add-on expands your Vanguard setup.
• Check shipping dates for Malice and Lt. Hyun if you want them soon.

Decision rules: which option is right for you?

• If you have 20 Action Points and want to save money: Choose the ACTION POINTS REQUIRED option. Mail your points and order confirmation to the provided address. Keep a copy of your order number. Lowest price, but requires mailing.
• If you do not have Action Points or want a simpler process: Choose the NO POINTS OPTION. No mailing is needed, and you still get the same figure with accessories. Higher price, but faster and easier.
• If you want both the exclusive and mail-away Pandora: Choose the Pandora Bundle Save 15%. It includes one exclusive and one mail-away figure with no points required. Best overall value for two figures.
• If you are buying for a child under 13: These figures are intended for adult collectors and may have sharp points and small parts. They are not recommended for children under 13. Consider a different product for younger children.
